However, it is important to note that if the requested cleaning products are not readily available in our inventory, there will be an additional charge. To facilitate the procurement of these specific cleaning products, we kindly request customers to provide us with a minimum of one week's notice prior to their scheduled cleaning day. This advance notice allows us to accurately gauge the type and quantity of products required to meet their expectations.
What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?
In accordance with our professional standards, it is our policy to assume responsibility for any damages caused during our cleaning services. Whether our clients are present or not during the cleaning process, we encourage them to inspect the area upon completion to ensure that no damage has occurred because of our work. However, in cases where our clients are not present at the time of our departure and subsequently identify damage, it is necessary for them to provide conclusive evidence that the damage was caused by an employee from our company for us to accept liability.

We offer regular cleaning services to our valued clients who wish to establish a long-term contractual agreement with us. Under this agreement, we provide cleaning services on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, according to the client's preference. We highly encourage our clients to opt for a long-term contract, as it allows us to deliver consistent and reliable cleaning services. As an incentive, we offer a generous 20% discount to clients who commit to a long-term contract with us.
